About Us
THE CALLAWAY’S
Residents of Utah for more than 12 years Bob and Jackie
Callaway originally hail from Southern California. You’ll find those
comfortable and casual California influences in their menus and
dining spaces.
The original Callaway’s located in Cache Valley Utah, has been a
local favorite since 1998. The Callaway’s renovated an old gas
station for their first restaurant. The repair bays are now dining
rooms and in the summer all of the original doors role up for open
air dining. Bob Callaway, a California General Contractor has
personally done all of the remodeling, kitchen design, menu recipes,
as well as Head Chef -he’s a regular MacGyver! Jackie Callaway, tries
to keep old MacGyver in line... along with design work, book-
keeping and helps to manage the business.

Jackie:
Worked at Alta Loma Junior High School in Ca. for 13 years. Bob and I also had a catering Co., Alta Catering. At Alta Catering we did large events ie. College graduations, Holiday and other themed parties for major corporations, symposiums and wedding receptions. We even did the grand opening of the first Express Way (toll road) in Ca. While in the catering business we did several charity events every year. One such event lead us to catering a small gathering in Martha Stewarts Hotel room. Our catering jobs always included lavish buffet tables, tents and every theme you can think of. The design work on these projects is what I enjoyed.
Bob and I came to Utah to spend time with my Mom and to take care of her. So we thought that we would slow down a little and open a take out pizza joint. At that time there weren't very many food establishments to choose from in Cache Valley, our food was a big hit and so the monster escaped once more!
